Cutting the Cord!

Are you tired of paying for high cable bills?

Have you heard of "cord-cutting" but are overwhelmed by the number of options, costs, and devices used to be able to eliminate cable or satellite TV from your monthly expenses?

Are you concerned with streaming TV quality because of bad past experiences?

    Well, you're in luck.

SWIFTech does some things differently. To begin, we offer what is called QOS (Quality of Service). This creates a path on our network that has priority over your normal internet traffic so that other services don't interfere with your voice or TV services. This doesn't noticeably impact your other services. For example, a 1/4 second delay in a web page load is simply not noticeable. But a 1/4 second delay in a voice conversation or TV viewing is rather annoying. So we give voice and TV priority on our network to fix that.

We have also partnered with a number of streaming providers to deliver that traffic directly to their hubs via private network, often avoiding the public internet entirely. These two things allow for streaming TV to work very well, often as well as cable.

One thing that has been missing from streaming TV services has been a useful "Guide" to scroll through channels and select what you want to watch. Fortunately several makers have recently recognized this and have implemented guides just like cable TV for their services.

The streaming world is maturing and often allows you to get the channels you want without paying for channels you don't. And we're helping to make that happen which is why we have chosen NOT to implement our own TV service. To get you started, here are some links.
